6. Click on the Delete account


7. Check the status of:
   1. Valid Paid Member
   2. Smartpay Balance Available
   3. Balance on Hold Available
   4. Pending WithDrawal Request Available


8. Only if Smartpay Balance Available is zero and Balance on Hold Available is zero and Pending WithDrawal Request Available is zero then only Generete OTP button will be visible.


9. Click on the Generete OTP button


10. OTP will be send to Register Mobile Number


11. Enter your OTP


12. Click on the Submit button.

Upon completing the steps above, you can confirm that your account is no longer accessible by trying to log into the app & web. Once the deletion request is initiated, you cannot reverse the process through the web or app.

1. Immediate Loss of Access:

After you have deleted your account, you will lose immediate access to it. This means you won not be able to use our services associated with that particular account.

All your identifiable information will be purged from our systems within 30 days of your account deletion. This means that after 30 days, none of your personal details will be available in our databases. 4. Permanent Data Loss after 30 Days:
